Workforce Development creates inclusive employment opportunities which is a critical first step to maintaining job security for our members. Our Commercial Cleaning Vertical actively recruits individuals with intellectual disabilities on a rolling basis.
Accessible Training Program is designed to accommodate various learning styles and abilities and includes resume preparation, interview and job coaching services. We offer accessible training materials, flexible scheduling, and mentorship that enhances skill acquisition and confidence amongst our members. With continued professional development our 720Connects members learn how to adapt and grow in an evolving job market.
Workplace Accommodations includes evaluating physical workspaces to ensure they are accessible and providing necessary tools and technology that enable employees to perform their tasks effectively. Implementing a proactive approach towards accommodations fosters an inclusive culture that benefits everyone.
Ongoing Support Services encompasses more than just initial job placement. Ongoing support services, such as counseling, career coaching, and peer support networks, are vital for helping individuals navigate workplace challenges and personal development over time.
